Thanks Mama re my skin! I have to say it's mainly hereditary. My Mom has great skin even in her mid-60's. I pray I look like her later on. I use The Body Shop's Vitamin E line from cleanser to serum-in-oil. Love it. What's a good eye cream ladies? I use The Body Shop Nutriganics Smoothing one. Eye creams are something I can never tell if it's working or not. I'm such an instant-gratification person. No patience.

I had to bring my husband to the emergency, twice, with a stomach bug. Like straight up in the ambulance/emt van. The first time he asked why they didn't have the sirens on   They were like, "Because you're not having a heart attack". I can't.

Box #1 arrived! I should be getting a box a day for the next 3 days or so. Not counting the weekend. Today's delivery the ABH Artist Palette and the Sephora Collection mild to wild khaki Quint. The pigmentation on the quint is insane. I've said it before and I will say it again. DO NOT SLEEP on Sephora shadows. The ABH Artist Palette... in comparison to the Lavish Palette the Lavish is a better palette. I will reserve my final judgement until I try to make a look. The stand out colors so far are Dusty Rose, Aubergine, Blue Velvet, Coal and Baby I'm A Star.

I was just saying that a day or so ago! I was made hip to their shadows by a friendly SA when I was looking for companion eye shadows for the Naked 3 palette and I have since found some winners in their line. Their eyeliners are nice as well.

I just got the Mufe nude Palette!!! Tbh I was pretty lukewarm about it!! But I love it and the overall value is really good as well!! The "battered" shadow that you can see below is a MAC one for size comparison!! :amused:

My palette came today too. Like you, I thought it would be just another nude palette but these shadows are amazing. I can't wait to play around with the second palette tomorrow when it comes.

It does look more enticing on advertisements, but when it happened on my lap while deporting an eyeshadow last night it was pure heartbreak. Haha. I got as much of it as I could back in the pan and repressed it.

Oh yeah, when it happens to you in real life it is total heartbreak. It just tugs my heartstrings when I see make up sacrificed for an advert. I'm glad you were able to salvage some of your busted eyeshadow, though!

I just got my Sephora package. Love the UD blush and shadow. I'm just shaking my head at the MUFE bronzer. Too light. I do see the shimmer in it. If I go out tomorrow I will use it and see how it looks in action, but I am pretty sure it's not what I want.

Hi Honey!! Glad you like most of your goodies. You should check out Laura Mercier Baked Blush Bronzer, Ritual. It looks scary in the compact but it's a really nice deep brown that contours/bronzes just beautifully. This is the only bronzer that I've tried that even comes close to rivaling Guerlain bronzers for me.

LOL, that is hilarious... I have sat in the ER many times and men are usually the ones crying while women who are in discomfort struggle to keep control of their health issue.
When I was younger I was in a car accident and taken to the hospital by ambulance. I was mortified when the siren was turned on, as if people could see me inside the ambulance. Not exactly a rational reaction at the time.
