I've done it before without any problems. I've never B2M for shadows only lipsticks.

Don't believe everything you read or hear, pick the lippies you want most and be prepared. All of the lipsticks in the retro matte collection were supposed to be permanent according to the official color story, then Mac decided to change that at the last minute and 3 (I believe) ended up being LE. It was so confusing that people ended up getting confusing stories from MA's who weren't well informed right up to the release in store. I really do hope they are all perm, it would be a shame if they weren't...especially the royal blue lippie.

@Ana A that's exactly how I remember it playing out, and not only that but there was confusion as to which three were LE so one was never sure which ones to get first. By the time people figured out which were LE they were sold out. I think this is purposely done to drum up sales for the entire collection. Not cool MAC, not cool.

I B2 M'ed a bunch of stuff this weekend, lipsticks, paint pots, lip glosses... First I went to Nordies and I asked if I could get a lippie from the MiB collex and the guy said "no". Then I went to Macy's and they said "sure"! Interesting how it all depends.

Interesting. I wasn't familiar with MAC at the time. By the time I saw swatches on YouTube and Google, the 2 I wanted (RH and SG) were long SO lol. I'm just going to buy everything I want and my backups as soon as the collection goes live lol

I'm going to have to try a few of the new ones. I have most of the old ones already. Here I was thinking there wasn't too much coming up that I needed money for. I'm so glad that these are perm!

Seriously, This collection can't come quick enough. I which they would switch release dates with Wash n Dry. So far I want EVERY NEW LIPPIE with the exception of D for Danger.
