MAC Wash And Dry Collection (May 14 / May 21, 2015)

For once I got what I wanted!
I ordered Golden Rinse, Freshen Up, Hipness, Tumble Dry, and Steam Heat. I made myself narrow down my order. This is my first time ordering from MAC's website in quite a while (I think since the Osbourne collection), I'm excited to be getting a little black box!

I almost got the brushes but they're quite expensive!

I thought about staying up last night, but I can't handle that crap anymore. I just set my alarm for 8:50 and I still got everything I wanted. Golden Rinse Tumble Dry Washeteria I really wanted the 125 brush, but I might just get that next week at Nordies.

It's only because they're in special packaging, the prices are on the steep side. Bring on Valli... Even though it's just the one lipstick for me

I can't believe nothing has sold out yet. Do you think MAC really listened to our complaints about Cinderella and other LE collections and stocked higher numbers this time? It has to be higher already because it's a larger summer collection, but I did not expect certain items like Freshen Up to still be available a half hour after the launch. I stayed up nearly all night for JP Boca (which I luckily snagged) and it sold out much faster than this I think. I really tried to sleep until 7 this morning, but I just couldn't get to sleep worrying about missing this launch. Talk about neurotic!!

I think it's because this is the Summer Collection. It's not affiliated with any celebs, personality, etc who have fans and a following. People love that stuff. I really didn't need anything from this (like I did RiRi, Osbournes, etc. You know that kind of "need"

), but I like the packaging so I just got Hipness for now because I actually like the color too. We'll see what happens when the dept stores launch

Which MAC do you usually go to? I was going to Robinson, but a few of the girls there get on my nerves so I'd rather go to Ross, Nordies or Macy's.

If you're in need of a pick me up (which it sounds like you might, sorry for your troubles!), go see Travis at Ross. He just transferred back to Pittsburgh from my region and he'll be sorely missed! He's wickedly talented, chill, and funny.
