Everything is perm, different symbols mean different things......"perm collection re-promotes" meaning they are already in the permanent collection, "new perm" as its brand new and permanent, and "re-promote perm" meaning it has been released before but it will now be perm. Each category has its own symbol in the official color story but ultimately they are all perm.

Black square: New and perm
Black circle: already permanent
Hollow circle: re-promote, and now perm.
