While I was checking out W&D today, I asked the girl at the counter about B2M for some of these and she said we can but you have to wait 2 weeks. Is that the norm, or is she just yanking my chain? I've only ever B2M like twice before and it was for older perm items.

I don't think you can B2M for special packaging at all.

I am positive that is the rule. However some stores still let people B2M right away, while others follow the rules.

She's right. You do have to wait 2 weeks to B2M. At least that's what I remember when Retro Mattes were launched a couple of years ago.
