yeah, I was speaking about the liquid Lolita and how it changed. There were so many complaints on Sephora.

I guess it depends on the persons undertones how the color will show. I'm going to stay away from Whirl because I don't want anymore browns, lol.

Whenever MAC makes a lip pencil into a lipstick or vice versa there r always slight differences in color... Take Heroine for example, a beautiful purple, well the pencil on me is a dark magenta pink lol... I like Whirl pencil, but I'm just hoping the lipstick doesn't look like Spice or Retro with that medium burnt peach/orange undertone

I don't like the regular Lolita lipstick shade, it reminds me of Spice... The liquid is a gem but so hard to track down haha

I'm with everyone on the Whirl worry but I've seen enough swatches that I have hope it will pull at least a little pink on me. I can't wear browns either, they make me look insane lol the only one I can actually pull off is, ironically enough, Kat Von D Lolita (the new one that's straight up brown) but in general they don't work on me and I don't like them

I have on colourpop Spoon as a highlighter it's so pretty and I'm wearing matte bronze and crisp whites from wash and dry.

I tried Whirl on my hand in the store and while I did think it was browner than the lip pencil it was still a lovely shade that I am sure I will use a lot.

So I guess Whirl lipstick is going to be one of those tricky shades that will look good on some.. and awful on others.. depending on your skin shade, skin undertone and natural lip color.. and the moon and stars - who the hell knows?

Usually if something has the potential to be brown on me - it will be grossly brown.. So I am expecting to be disappointed by it..

On a good note - Men Love Mystery looks good on everyone, at least in the all pictures I have seen.

We all ordered Whirl umm, BECAUSE WE WANTED WHIRL!!!!!!!!!!! Why wouldn't they make the shade the same

I know. And the worst part is there is the slightest orange in it on me lolol. Pink > Orange for me all day, everyday.

That seems to be the case. It makes me wonder how the liner and lipstick would pair, lolol.
