I received my package Stone, Whirl, MLM & Matte Royal...some comparison swatches for Stone & Whirl...I'll have MLM & Matte Royal swatches tomorrow. Had to redo this one..spelling error lol

Here are comparisons of Stone, Styled in Sepia and RiRi Nude on me - I use Mac's Studio Fix in C4 for skin reference.

Your Milani comparisons are pretty much identical to MAC. Never got the Milani, I have Heaux and RRB. Now I'll have MLM :haha:

The closest I've found is Styled in Sepia. I've been looking since Nude came out for my sis! That or NYX Maison and Butter mixed. But when it came out MAC was saying Stone liner was the closest in the regular collection so I was excited when I heard they were coming out with a lipstick. Looks different though.

I have all 3! Whirl is a rosey brown, VG3 is darker than Mehr & has more of mauvey plum undertone, Mehr is a nice neutral pink and is lighter than Whirl & VG3

Yeah, I want lighter so i'll look at Mehr.

I wrote a few days ago that Maison was just okay but I tried it with Spite and love it! I'm so happy I pulled it out and tried again. Still bummed that I missed Sis....wonder if any CCO's might have it?

Thanks for the swatch comparison ladies. While Stone intrigued me at first I'm passing on it. I find it too dark just like Style in Sepia, which I have and feel I have to manipulate it to get it to work for me. Any suggestions for it to be more wearable? (I'm an NC40-42) thanks!

I don't have Maison and just ordered Butter this week but I remember layering them in a store and getting a dupe of Nude a year or so ago. Let me find my pin:

L-R: Maison, Nude, Butter Bottom: Butter with Maison on top Looking at these I think I prefer Maison over Butter, lol. Wish I looked back at my own swatch before ordering :lol: I think Stone will look closer to Maison though. It seems dark and different from the pencil...

I received my order today. Stone lipstick looks much better on me than the lipliner because the lipstick is darker. When I first put it on I was thinking it would so make a good contour color. Whirl is such a pretty nude. I can't see any pink/rose. Matte Royal looks more like a greyish purple. Very interesting color.

im an NC 42 and I loooove those weird gray-ish colors!! occ Sebastian is my fave!! how are u wearing it? I think it'll also look good paired with a berry tone liner ie mac vino or even nightmoth!!
