Here's my rough draft of Deep Mink and Sable Smoke! im about an NC42 for reference (nars tahoe, med-drk complexion) I also threw in Pink Guilt and i must say...i am NOT a gloss gal at all but this is definitely a unique shade i've yet to come across and im sure will be the only gloss from TF i'll own lol. it's nice and thick yet not too tacky (like saaaay mac lipglass) where its still comfortable on the lips and with it being thick it helps my lips last longer!! i only apply gloss in the CENTER of my lips only and blend outwards with my finger (no rhyme or reason just habit i made up)
Deep Mink with Pink Guilt is the PERFECT combo!! i came across this from YT when i was lookin up which shades to grab and DM is my first TF lippie. i aint gonna lie...i felt dumb as shyt for splurging $47 for a freaking lipgloss but im glad i did becuz like i said its unique and as meddy says (dmn u for always being right) it's the perfect gloss to top off ANY nude/neutral lip.
Sable Smoke is my baaaaaaby!!! omg i done wore the TF off it already becuz i reach for it so much. it's a nude lip i cant explain and its like no other nude i have (no matter what dupes u might come across). it's so nice n creamy and i feel so grown n luscious when i wear it. i wear it alone and no gloss but here i paired it with PG at the bottom. I am quite sure i will finish this tube by the end of the year and repurchase all over again!!
So there's my shhhhpill on these 2!! i pair mac cork with SS and i like to do a chocolate liner with DM but mainly the outer corners of my lip cuz i dnt want it to ever take away from the gorgeous shade that DM is!! When i do a full look with these 2 again i'll post it in here or hopefully my blog should be up **crosses fingers** cuz im shooting for a deadline by the end of this month!! my next shades i wanna get is blush nude and what did i say...pink dusk, only becuz i know when folks searchin they go for the "safe" neutral colors to invest in first but huuuuntttty ooooh let me show yall when i wore FLAME this weekend....
any kind of red makes me feel grown women but its just somethin about TF lippies that screeeeeeam not just grown but sophisticated grown! it literally transforms my whole being lol and then i be feeling all above n bougie like when im out n about just thinkin "dmn my lipstick alone cost more than that shirt"
BUT YEA so im slowly but surely expanding my lippies and since im more for color than not this is my first colored TF!! i got MR on the way courtesy of Lisa..where u at giiiiirl
and lookin fwd to adding electric pink and black dahlila too!! For TF newbies...WE (cuz im still new) should invest in a good neutral, pinky and POP shade.
