I agree. Especially at these price points, packaging is extremely important. Sure, The product is great, but so are a lot of other ones that are $40 as opposed to $85. Hopefully word gets back to them that many if their customers are not exactly thrilled with their recent packaging choices. Are you still going to get it?

I'm still going to get this bronzer because I loved Terra Ora and last summer's, but in the future I may think twice- the feel and appearance of the packaging adds to the overall experience and one expects a luxury experience from Guerlain. Their history and reputation suggest it, but especially at their prices!

Yes---I preordered. This could be my last Guerlain summer product though. I've also ordered the Rainbow Météorites because I've heard they'r not even coming to the
states.

Ok, good to hear you're not going to cancel your preorder, because I recall that you mentioned you may cancel if the reviews aren't great. Despite the ho hum packaging, it is a lovely product. Ugh, I'm so tired of products not making it to the US. As if the items wouldn't be gobbled up out here, what is the problem!? Did you order on eBay? I would have ordered it if it was available here, but I'm not even sure how I would use it to excite myself enough to chase it on eBay. How are you planning on using it? It's such a pretty product.

I did order the Rainbow Météorites on Ebay. I'll use them as an over all finishing powder. I've heard so many good things about them. Vee has them and, loves them
and highly recommends them. There was no Ebay chase--------that's so not my style. I used a seller that was recommended to me by a source that I trust.
Clearly you were thinking about bees & I was thinking about a salad!

Now you have me curious, what makes it great? I haven't had a chance to go to a counter to see it yet. How does it compare to Les Beiges.

For me it's about the way it makes my skin look. I have 03 and i swirl my brush over the entire product. It seems to warm and blur, giving my face a beautiful soft look.
I find the same with the Les Beiges powders but the Joli Teint duo seems to provide additional warmth to my skin.

Ok, now I'm going to have to try this...I like the Les Beiges a lot, but it's not Holy Grail.

Mine is too dark to work as a finishing powder, but I love it to death as a cheek product. I feel like this is the product I needed instead of a standard bronzer.
