FINALLY placed my order. I got my confirmation email and they usually say what I ordered but this one doesn't? It's basically blank. Did that happen to anyone else?

But when I do, I want another highlighter too. I have Hippo, so I want a more neutral toned one now, without much color. Which one should I get?

I don't really like how colourpop responds to customers I've had an issue with them before but I just went on Twitter and some girl wrote to them saying that code thanks babe applied at first but when she checked out it didn't go through and they wrote back saying the site probably couldn't process it because of all the traffic and to use it at a later time and I'm like whaaaat? Your not gonna refund her to discount you just gonna act like it's okay that you fucked up and tell her to use it in the future ? Naaaaaahhhh man that ain't right lol idk sometimes the way they say things comes off so fuck youishh lol

That happened to me, too! I paid with Paypal and it showed the items in the Paypal email receipt. And when I was able to see my account information, the order shows with the items listed. Must be a glitch in their emails or something.

Just out of curiosity has anyone seen or heard anything about comparing these to LA Splash? They seem so similar. My mom is obsessed with the lip couture and since their factory burned down she's trying to move on to the next best thing haha.

I don't think there's anything out there that compares to LA Splash! :nope: I finally placed my order. The coupon code wouldn't work, so i said eff it. And i tried adding a lippie stix to my cart, and that wouldn't add either, so i said eff that too. Just the liquid lipsticks for me for now.

Don't feel bad. I have been trying to order since 7:30 PM EST and it now 1:17 AM. Still no luck. Unbelievable. This reminds me of trying to order from Dose of Color a few months back. :headbang:

I finally gave up. I wanted to try a few of their highlighters so I already had 3 of them in my cart, but it won't let me add anything else. I tried 3 times and it's not working. I guess I'll try again in the morning.

I love smokin whistles it just adds a nice glow/sheen to the face on me I've been wearing it a lot lately I like to wear it alone when I don't have time for foundation it's nice to make my skin look less flat.

this was such a mess, but with some patience and persistence, I did mange to order. I checked early because someone mentioned on reddit that they were up.. it was around 6:30pmEST that I started messing around with the site. I got my order through with Paypal at around 9:45pmEST.. CONSTANTLY refreshing pages, closing tabs, reopening browser, trying mobile and desktop PC. I doubt any of that really helped, but like I said, I did manage to get everything I wanted without many problems (the -$5 code worked, I got Paypal receipt AND CP shipping confirmation). The only thing was that there was a huge delay in getting confirmation from CP, so I was worried I wouldn't get some things I wanted to order because the page was saying I still needed to pay. Just letting you all know in case you experience the same delay if/when you place an order!

I went with a few things beside the matte lipsticks.. Metamorphosis quad, highlighters in Monster and Smoke N' Whistles, Pacific, Trap, Tulle, Limbo, Koala, and Donut.

editing to add that by "shipping confirmation," I mean their email that says they received the order and will ship when it's ready.
