I saw on the sephora boards, there will be a new code for a Becca mini highlight, option of liquid, poured or pressed. It's active for CA and should be active for US soon (hopefully). Code PERFECTOR

anybody tried or curious to try this....AmorePacific Resort Collection Sun Protection Cushion SPF 30+ $40!! I've read the reviews but figured i'd ask someone in the thread who could give me first hand...its basically a cushion sunscreen before applying makeup!! im thinking of using this as a combo with guerlain meteorites and no foundation to see how my skin will look for a TRUE no makeup look

Sorry Kiki---I don't use this one but I do the same thing with my Algenist Ultra Light UV Defense Fluid, SPF 50. I put that on and then the météorites.

Adding alcohol won't change the formula. It will just help the powder bond back together and then it'll evaporate out. I've done it before and haven't had any problems.

Mac related: If any of you ladies love Uninterrupted shadow, better stock up now b/c a MUA I was talking to today told me it's been discontinued. Maybe this was posted on the Mac side of this site, but I don't go over there much so..

. Also, I got one of those Giambattista Valli lipsticks. The hot pink, Tats is the only one that stood out to me (in a good way). I'm tired of red, the darkest was too patchy and the orange was chalky. I decided why not since I love Mac mattes so much. It's so beautiful on the lips.

I think I will end up throwing in the towel and order a JH highlighter. I've gotten Blushed Copper, Rose Gold and Opal since the sale in April and I am hooked. I told myself I don't need another highlighter right now, but I guess one more won't hurt.

I blame you, Meddy! You were literally adding them to our carts a few months ago.

I must say that I absolutely love these highlighters -- LOVE. I remember saying I was going to wait to get Rose Gold and Opal while I was enjoying Blushed Copper, but my "wait" probably lasted a week and a half.

Tom Ford just increased his lipsticks to $52---some stores may not have made the change over yet. I think my twin, @elegant-one just ordered another TF nude.
Marc Jacobs has some nice nudes, as does NARS, Audacious line & Charlotte Tilbury. It also depends on pink versus tan nudes, but they're all good formulas.

I thought something was wrong with me but I wasn't into the HG blush craze. I have one of the Ambient Lighting powders and I like it but I'm not over the moon for
them.

I just got the TF lipstick in Nude Vanille. Its a very pale slight peach pink nude. I love it on. I got mine from NM for $45! They did not do the price change & I got 10% off so

Hmmm. I did it with a Sephora highlighter I have and it works just like before. I did have to stir it up well when I mixed in the alcohol until it was a paste and then press it in really well. I did it with a large spoon. At least loose highlighters still work. You could always get one of those small pot things and use it as a travel highlighter?

Funny today...since I couldn't hoard lipstick, I hoarded Toilet Paper

I went into the drug store & there was my beloved tp that we buy on sale for 50% off

that's huge as it's normally just over $10 which is outrageous to do what you do with it. I HATE to go to Walmart which is where I usually get it so I'm thinking I have to buy a bunch of it so I don't have to buy it for a very long time. Oops, it's a limit of 2

darn, but they let me buy 4 lol. So, I call hubs & said, hey you have to help me hoard tp today

he's like what the heck are you talking about...so he went with me & we got 4 each again

I would rather buy 100 lippies than one pack of tp. Even though I hoarded that stores stash of tp, I will not be listing them on Ebay for triple the price

I think many of us here can relate! I love that we all eventually drag our poor husbands and boyfriends into our madness.

Along the lines of tp, my grandparents hoarded toilet paper and stored the excess in their garage. I was in there with my grandfather one day and I saw the shelves and shelves of tp. He could see the shock on my face so he calmly replied, "We poop a lot." Best memory ever.

Apparently good people hoard tp!
