They are super boring. Shiny lipsticks are a dime a dozen to me.I think I'm skipping heaux... but love those shadows

Very true. They are super boring. Shiny lipsticks are a dime a dozen to me.![]()
Me too.I think I am skipping this collection now...
I must agree with you on this. What made RiRi's collection one, if not THE best for me was that they were mainly retro mattes/mattes. It makes a big difference on how the color looks. They are super boring. Shiny lipsticks are a dime a dozen to me.![]()
I agree here too, matte is more maintenance for me, but I just love how they look!See, and I prefer shiny lipsticks because the matte ones dry out my lips. I do like the look of matte lipstick, and I own a ton of them (mostly kat von d) but I can't wear them every day.
I tend to go for mattes/retro mattes, especially in the evenings. Depending on what mood I'm in, I switch it up for a frost or amplifiedSee, and I prefer shiny lipsticks because the matte ones dry out my lips. My favorite finishes are Creamsheen, Amplified, Frost and Satin.I tend to go for mattes/retro mattes, especially in the evenings. Depending on what mood I'm in, I switch it up for a frost or amplified
It was always a Cremesheen.Does anyone know if the Heaux was originally supposed to be Amplified Crème and changed to Cremesheen after testing (or maybe it is being changed to Amplified Crème)? My friend (who works for MAC) has a boxed Heaux in the Amplified Crème finish! Strange...
That's what I first figured but the lipstick is in a production box with Heaux and Amplified on the bottom lipstick label and Heaux and Amplified Creme with a barcode on the box! Looks like it was from a production run not a 1 off sample. I know they have produced things before and then changed the finish after a production run, like the Glamglass to regular lipglass, so I thought it might be the same thing. I know the Glamglass that were produced they showed up later at CCO's and the warehouse sales so I thought it might be the same with the Heaux in Amplified Crème.It was always a Cremesheen.
However some employees who receive product before hand, MAC just puts the product in any box that fits.
We have seen this before with some collections.
