I have never used a tanner in my life!! So it didn't even occur to me that could be a possibility!!! Instead read a lot of online literature on how some sunscreens can darken the skin :lol: !! I was so sure it was the new sunscreen because that was the only new stuff I used!! :haha:

Crap, I knew I forgot something, samples of the MJ foundation and primer. 

I tried them yesterday when I was at the event, but I got a little carried away and put the foundation in my basket instead of getting the samples. I figured out my mistake before check out and put the foundation back for the samples. Then I bought the small tube of Perfektion foundation gel or whatever that crap is. I used it today and I hate it, my face feels like a bucket of grease. That's definitely going back and I will use that $$ on the small Hourglass Dim.

Since things are ringing up cheaper lately - I wonder if it would have rung up even cheaper?? I am going to another JCP Sephora tomorrow to hunt down more OCC stuff and more Sephora retractable lipliners.. if the store I hit up has that brush in stock - I will have them scan it and see what it rings up.. and of course - I will report back.

I like kabuki brushes so I think I will end up getting one. I should've just grabbed one when I saw it but the little flimsy bag threw me off. Haha. It would be awesome if they are ringing up for even less.


My bad! Yes, I meant lovecraft. I was looking at the liquid lipsticks and I think lovesick was the last one I clicked on so it stayed with me.

I forgot to mention that I've used that Tatcha spray 3 times. So far, I can't say I'm seeing anything special. Not really impressed, unfortunately, but I will continue to use it because I paid for it and because I want to see if it grows on me somehow.

I originally was ooh-ing and awe-ing at the Becca set but I already have both highlighters, the blush probably won't show up on me, and I don't want the brush. I might go for the Bobbi Brown set instead.

I was looking at the Bobbi Brown set, too, but I don't think I want everything in it badly enough to cash in the points. The perk description doesn't include reference to a shimmer brick but the photo of the gift shows a shimmer brick. So weird.

The description I read mentions a Rose Shimmer brick with Mini Face Blender Brush. It's the third bullet point in the description.

I'm having a Sephora conundrum. I feel like they are not that knowledgeable when it comes to recommending products (esp, foundation matching) and I really like going to an actual makeup counter or MAC store better. But I really want to hit VIBR and I'm pretty close.

I'm also still a bit sour about them being rude about my last return.

No, they're different. I have Indiscretion but not CPop...yet. But I've swatched it. I think someone swatched them both together in the HAA thread. May have been Meddy.

I just ordered this brush online (at $25) this Saturday to get the Nars set. I don't really care if it is small, but are the bristles semi dense? I'm looking for something a little stiffer than a regular/loose powder brush basically. I know what a kabuki should be like, but they didn't have this one for me to see at the 2 Sephoras I went to on Sunday.

No worries ! I just wanted to make sure they didn't put out a sample size of Lovesick since I love it.. and plan on ordering it.. I would have scooped that up!!

It feels really nice actually.. dense but super soft. but it just a little small.. it isn't itty bitty, but a lot smaller than I typically go for..
