Damn. I just found another website saying it has a completely different function than traditional highlighter/illuminator....Nail in coffin. Stick a fork in me.

Again, back to the actual subject of this thread....I swatched with the mac brush, but what brushes do you ladies recommend for the duo??
It would be an all over BEAUTY on you!

Stash shopping again, I have found if you use Mac Mystical from the Aquatic collection and use the Chanel beige lip gloss from this summer, it is pretty close to the model's lips in the photo for the new eye tints. I own three TF lip glosses, and not all that thrilled with them.
miss you here!
Stuck in South Dakota, for who knows how long???? Never thought I would come back here after I went here for college for my freshman year. Then I transferred out of here....By 10/7 the tax man will be paid, and I can breathe again.....sucks to be paid on a 1099, and then pay the piper, literally.

For the application of the highlighter that I must admire from afar, would not the TF brush for this work???? It is the flat brush and always works for me. I then buff it out with the Chanel retraceable brush with the whole bristles. My brain is dead, going to bed....

I'm pretty sure I used the 159 for the darker shade but today I used the lighter shade and thought I needed a denser brush. I went with what I think was 165. The number has rubbed off but it is tapered. I still felt like I had to dig in the product a bit so I may have to try another brush for the light shade.

Enough to make our heads spin LOL!

I want AW15 now. Your look sounds stunning Sis!

.......and they're spinning!!!! Thank you. I think you would really like AW15. I wouldn't be surprised if they used it as a base in the model's look. I think I'm

interested in both the pink and plum duos.

Oh I definitely need to try AW15 with Pink Glow. I'm kind of back to liking it the more I play with it. Honestly, I think I'm just going to have a love-hate relationship with it, but it's definitely not going back to Mr. Ford.
Oh I absolutely love it now------on its own and as a base.

Meddy I never have a problem when it's my regular drive. Every single time if it's not him it's either left somewhere else, left without notice, thrown on the ground, taken to ups access point... so stupid. I complain call them and they are always taking sides with the driver. Always. I am so sick of them
Also now they do not have to do 3 attempts to deliver only 1 to reduce costs. If you are not home the first time they take it to the closest access point
I agree with Ash. You need to set up a camera and record him! That's the only way you'll get anything done by them.

Translating here for Ash----I think she means the Chanel retractable kabuki brush with the white bristles. Goodnight Ash

The Givenchy is the Le Prism Visage Mat Face Powder in shade 84 Beige Mousseline. I also liked shade 83 Peach Plumetis, but went for the one with a bit more color to it. The Armani is Shade # 5. It was interesting bc #4 & 4.5 were actually darker when I swatched them. I could have gone lighter than 5, but I liked the healthy color #5 gave me when I tried it on in store. For reference I'm a Mac NC20-23, in Chanel foundations I wear 20 Beige, same with Guerlain. I'm basically a light beige with yellow undertones in foundations/powders. HTH' I'll definitely report back when I try them out. I've put them into rotation for this week!
Hi there thanks for the colour differences I'm a 5 in the silk liquid perfect match for me as the make up artist said number 4 to yellow time or ashy on me . I cannot remember what he had said. So I'm wondering if I be a 5 in the powder I will have to try n swatch them pref before I get a tan lol I'm a nw22-25 for ref . Enjoy all your goodies . .

Hi BC. Yeah, I found the 4 and 4.5 to be a bit off for me as well, the shades were a bit darker than 5. I think it would be great if you are able to see them in person before making a choice. In the liquid luminous silk, I currently use 5.5, which gives me a big of color. It's not a dead match for my skin, which is what I wanted for the summer. So 5 in the compact worked well for me and also gives me a bit of a healthy color. The SA mentioned the compacts are supposed to be half a shade darker than the liquid foundation. Let us know which one you choose if you decide to get one!!
