Thankfully my Moodlight arrived safely!!! I got no response from my epic email, despite an auto-response email saying I'd be contacted within 24 hrs, so I called Saks today and made some progress. Still not impressed with their customer service. My business is more appreciated elsewhere it would seem.

Has Nordstrom released the fall collection? Sorry if it has been stated already, I've been trying to stay off of of this thread. Everytime I venture off into a TF collection, I buy everything hboy: ...but fate has brought me back! :sigh:
