I ended up picking up the new MJ Foundation Brush (Face III) and it's amazing!!! It's dense yet soft enough to where it gives & doesn't scratch or pull my skin when I'm buffing. I love the larger size, especially since I'm used to my Tom Ford foundation brush, which is on the small side. It cut my foundation application time in half bc of it's size & applied the foundation flawlessly! Loveeee it!!! So glad I caved and bought it!!

Would that MJ buffing brush be good for pressed powder, too?
Yes, I think so! I haven't tried it with powder, but I totally would. The bristles are amazing, dense, but flexible and soft. They would pick up pressed powder beautifully & buff it in really nicely.

LOL, I know!! I was trying to avoid it, but the temptation was just too much! I honestly like it better then my TF foundation brush. The size alone makes my job easier & I like the longer bristles. (that's the best poke I can do on my phone) What do you typically use to apply foundation?

I'm loving the MJ Face III too. It's denser than the brushes that I typically use to apply my foundation but I'm getting used to it.
I love the size of the brush and because of its size I can apply my foundation pretty quickly, and the end result is greatI
The brush washes nicely too.

I use a bunch of brushes. sephora #55, real techniques expert face brush, IT cosmetics LBD foundation brish #302, beauty blenders, and stippling brushes. Butttttt, sounds like I really need this!!

How does it wash up? I like dense brushes for foundation too but they can be a pain in the backside to clean thoroughly!
I use a SK one sometimes, from her anniversary collection and you're right. I love it though. Just reading that it's a dupe of a Shiseido one.

Thank you, @Psych1 !
I just recently switched out my RT Expert Face Brush for puffs, but that brush is still tempting me

So I used the MJ primer today and it's soooo nice! I also tried the darkest shade in the foundation and it actually matches my face perfectly now that I'm tanned but looking in the mirror at work it looks so dark, I think because my foundation is usually a lighter color so I'm not used to it. My face matches my neck and arms though. I don't really do the summer/winter switching and this would be way too dark for winter. I guess #84 is my color if ever I decide to buy.

Mind you, there's only one available. They said that they were going to email all the Canadian customers with over 10,000 points. I feel like they only half tried to do something for the Canadian customers. I'm sure they would much rather a 3-4 night stay in NY or CA or something!

There's a post on the beauty board with the rough estimated values. I'll post it if I find it again.

Thanks for this...did I see somewhere in this thread, a list of how many of each they have to offer? Or was that a dream? Like, qty 100 Becca packages, etc. I want to know what my chances are
