YUP! Part of the job!hah if they had their act together they wouldn't be in this situation.
Well, it's the yahoos higher up that create the disasters and then the CS reps just have to deal with the wrath. Customer Service is a thankless position. I worked Verizon Wireless CS for a summer job in college and it was a nightmare. We didn't have the software we needed or the resources, so I feel their pain!hah if they had their act together they wouldn't be in this situation.

On a completely unrelated note, my toddler just woke up crying, saying that she is scared because her blanket is too comfy. I'm seriously questioning my decision to stay up and stalk Sephora binge watch Power.
You're totally right, but yeah, still part of their job unfortunately. Actually any job where you're not an executive, you get shitted on and have to take the wrap for a lot of crap that the higher ups caused!Well, it's the yahoos higher up that create the disasters and then the CS reps just have to deal with the wrath. Tell me about it. I worked for a UK cable network's CSA line during my second year in university and it was madness. They had a system crash that lost a whole set of customer details and people were calling in to claim something from an offer. Since the system crashed, they had never been sent the offer but we couldn't tell them about the system crash!!! So we had to take their details again by acting as though we were confirming that the address and what not we had on file were accurate and then tell them that we would chase and have it investigated and sent out. What a freaking nightmare!! I've never been shouted at, cussed at etc. so much lol. It did teach me to respect good CS though and not to direct my anger at the CSA when it's not their fault.Well, it's the yahoos higher up that create the disasters and then the CS reps just have to deal with the wrath.
