And employees get gratis already - why would management let them have ’first dibs’?  I think some people just like to stir the pot..
We DO NOT or would ever get first dibs on anything. We weren't allowed to get the Vib appreciation bag. Most in store promos we can't have access to until 2 weeks after everyone else.

That sucks tbh. But you guys always had those samples in peoples jars and on the other side of the office where all the marketing people worked! i feel like everyone was always getting free stuff lol, i guess just nothing LE and no special promo :(

Then I got another email reminding me about my shopping cart. Something I took out since last night and replaced with something else. They crack me up.

@montREALady Their FB CSAs had been telling people business hours Pacific Time. I'm assuming that if it is to launch, it will be by or before noon PT. After that, I'm done stalking lol.

So, I called the Concierge Line and the rep told me that she couldn't give me a specific time-which I expected-but she said early to mid-day was when the rewards should go up. She also said there should be a separate email sent to all customers in order to give everyone a fair chance.
