Same thing happened to meIt wouldn't let me add anything to cart when they went live....I was on the 5k and 2k and 1k pages and they said "only a few left" but I could never add to cart....That one hurts. :thud:
Yup! No one should ever miss out on anything or have to waste their points on something they don't want. If you're spending hundreds or thousands of dollars a year there should be a real rewards system or just do away with the damn thing entirely. It shouldn't be a contest of who gets what. We should be able to just cash points out on what we want, when we want it, and then every so often, they can do a double points value or something like that.
I wish for nothing more than points = $$ off, like ulta. Honestly. Anything I can buy at ulta, I do. Unfortunately Sephora is so convenient, close, and carries everything I need in one place.
