It went in stock and at first wouldn't add to my cart, then it was there and I didn't realize, got in there and was checking out and my effing address wasn't fully populated, just my name so I sped through then it gives me the error then refreshed and it's oos. Then I thought it was in my cart again and placed the order for the $5 face mask that will be going straight back to them.

I wish I could know hard numbers. Like how many VIB Rouges, how many VIB's you got. There should be a way for everyone to get something. Not just having to sit by a computer and put everything on hold. There should be an option to get something in-store, too. Like, why can't you go to a store and get some kind of personalized perk? This is my utopian dream, don't mind me.

I'm never doing this again. I'm sitting here thinking about how we are short on sleep, and a lot of us spent the entire day glued to computers, so that Sephora can dangle this carrot that pretty much no one will actually get. Way to thank your loyal customers, Sephora

I'm grateful I got one, but I feel really bad for everyone that sat here all day, and didn't.

Sephora rewards should convert to cash. Period, end of story. It shouldn't be a contest of who gets what. We should be able to just cash points out on what we want, when we want it, and then every so often, they can do a double points value or something like that.

I think one of my Sephora orders just showed up at my house. UPS truck right outside my window. I'm so pissed off right now I can't even see straight.
I got no sleep, no food, nothing done today and I have 2 hours before I have to pick up my daughter.

I agree. People have said this for a while, and I felt like once they started doing these epic rewards things were improving but I didn't realize how insanely limited they would be. Knowing this, the points are totally useless, I stalked and clicked as fast as I could, like even if I keep hoarding my points, for what? If things are going to sell out in under 10 seconds there's no point!

Yup! No one should ever miss out on anything or have to waste their points on something they don't want. If you're spending hundreds or thousands of dollars a year there should be a real rewards system or just do away with the damn thing entirely. Don't act like you're doing us a favor.

I wish for nothing more than points = $$ off, like ulta. Honestly. Anything I can buy at ulta, I do. Unfortunately Sephora is so convenient, close, and carries everything I need in one place. I best consider a nordie's card. Their notes seem like a good idea.

I should not have tried to get these rewards. I am so extra dramatic. now I have attributed me not being able to find the reward to the rest of my entire life and not being able to reach life goals!! Does anyone else do this? Everything is absolute and horrible I need a nap. I guess after lunch I'll be back to normal. need food :/
