Suuuuure. Well, if that's the case they need to offer you something instead of basically telling you to cash in so many points for garbage.
Well, if they take it back...I do wonder if enough people do that will Sephora revamp their return policy. The last thing I need is people ruining it for everyone by abusing it.

I sent my epicrewards email to sephora's link. I got the standard apology reply, and a promise that they are going to get back to me. If they give us more useless points, they better improve those rewards. Give full sized products instead of little samples,. I wish they would give out gift cards instead. hahaha

I would be pissed too but it's Sephora's fault imo. People are pissed and just spent a bunch of money on stuff they probably didn't need just to get their extra points for a chance to get a reward. Extra points that we can't seem to ever use. I'm returning my $5 mask tomorrow

They're so dumb they don't realize that having too many points and not being able to use them is the issue in the first place!She has a few points, a year from now it won't matter, and those who threaten to boycott will be back. Everything else is just wrong. Mentally Ill? And she mentioned SAHM as an insult. I agree that people won't get fired except for the low level employees who got the epic rewards, but I do think they need to evaluate their plan. It doesn't hurt for everyone to email/write/ create a petition to get their attention.
I personally wasn't pressed. LIke I said, I got bad news on Sunday, but prior to that, once I looked at the value of the rewards, I decided I could buy what I wanted before trying to rack up points, or wishing I had points to use. I've been feeling that way lately about their 100 and 500 poinit perks as well. THey aren't worth it.

Daaaaaamn. Nice! Now, that's an awesome reward for someone who loves Too Faced. I feel stuff like this should happen more often for VIB's and it shouldn't be a damn hassle. In other news, I'm wearing this YSL blue primer and I really love it so far. I'm trying to tell myself to settle down and use it a few more times because that deluxe sample is pretty nice, but that big bottle looks so nice.

I've been loving that primer too! I have two deluxe samples and I'm only 1/3 the way through one. I've used it maybe 5 times. You have a while before you'll need a bottle!Daaaaaamn. Nice! Oh no!! Well email them and let them know.. So crazy how big Jaclyn hill has gotten in such a short amount of time.. I was watching her when she was brand new and barely had any subs.. I knew she would be ’big’ some day, but I never imagined she would reach this level.. it is crazy.
