Thanks! Unfortunately I don't have a computer right now so am using my iPhone for everything lol. On my phone I don't see shop/filter, only shop. On the old site I could easily shop lipstick/eyeshadow by finish on my phone

The GV launch would've been easy as pie on the old website! It took me almost an hour and some to order 3 darn lipsticks! I ended up with 4 Bianca B's in my cart and could not get them out and then there was the paypal payment drama!!

What's the deal with Paypal???
I got a message on the Mac site saying they are unable to confirm my payment with Paypal...yet I got an email from Paypal saying I submitted a payment to Mac Cosmetics. SO, did my order go through or not???? Are the funds still going to be taken out of my account from Paypal but no order from Mac??

WTH is going on???

I placed my last order for the GV collection over the phone. I have no patience for the website. And, what makes matters even worse, I was told they had no plans to change it. Kinda sucks.

Saw the brushes today. They are so, so soft and pretty. If I win the lottery this week I will get all three.

My MAC store got 2/3 of each. Ridiculous.

When I called to order as soon as it launched I actually got the impression the customer service person couldn't get into the system either lol! Haute Dogs is a Mineralized collection but MAC didn't dare include WOG! The site can only handle it in a Holiday collection because MAC knows they will replenish stock. They even threw in at least 3 lipsticks in the perm line, they know they'll need to focus on WOG lol!

That's because WOG isn't a mineralized product.

If MAC hasn't confirmed your order, the funds will not leave Paypal since MAC won't claim them. That has happened to me before with a different retailer. It might be an issue with your payment card on the Paypal end.

I keep going back and forth on this collection. I think I want Pure Bred, Rarebreed, and Great Dame....then I realize I have dupes for the palette, tons of nudes, and haven't been wearing liners lately. But I still WANT them, haha.
