It's Nicole by OPI Base Coat Plus. I think it's actually been discontinued, so I am going to have to start looking for a new one eventually. Drugstore.com still has it though!

Also, this is SO counterintuitive, but I apply oil to my nails before base coat. I massage it in, let it absorb for 5 mins and then buff it off using a t-shirt or paper towel. My nails are super dry, so this actually prolongs wear for me. Again, it's very individual, but it's worth trying if you haven't ever tried it.

[/quote] Yes, I have that base coat & really like it. I also have several of the Nicole polishes & I really really love the shades. Ugh.....I cannot quote on here today sometimes.
