Got the second shipment of Blue Notes, yes, I am a happy camper!!!!! I went through my stash, Oh my gosh, Becky, I do not have the Rivoli quad!!!!! I did a quick compare to the new quint and I am trying to convince my self, they are cousins....

Hi Gals,

I know a lovely SA for Chanel at Barney's if anyone one wants to stock up on Chanel stuff for the Barney's Beauty Bag event. The Bag Event starts right after Labor Day and they are taking preorders already. Last time it was a $200 purchase for the bag. No pics yet but I can update once I find out. I have participated everytime for the past 2 years. The samples are pretty awesome! PM me if you want her email address. She can accommodate any brand, not only Chanel.

I think I will try to get the fall quad from her! She will definitely get you some samples even though Chanel never has a step-up gift.

In her shopping today. My mom also picked up the new lip plumper. It appears clear, however she swatch it and it ha a lovely shimmer to it. It does have pink pepper berries in it, so it would have a slight tinkle when applied to the lips. Wow, that thought hurt my brain to retrieve that info :=)

I am pacing for the new blushes and nail polishes. I just wrote down I needed 100 cans of Rouge Noir. Not sure that would taste too good for breakfast....time for bed. It is cold in BFI!!!! An for once I am actually in Idaho when I use BFI !!!!! 3 am comes early....

My SA from Nordies called today to invite me to an event on the 17th ??? I think. I asked if she knew about the new blushes and powder and she said they should be in by the time of the event so . . . it won't be long.

Got these puppies already on order at the local store. Always tease them, don't make me egg your car. I am concerned the pink will be more coral. The gold one I only hope it has the rose undertones, oh, my heart just did a flutter.

In October, before Holiday which should be hitting around Halloween. So in about a month or so. As soon as I know I will share. October is going to be expensive. TF new matte's, these, oh my....then the motherlode of Holiday in both TF Noir collection and the Vamp Lover's collection. Need to put on blinders, so I can stay focused....too many lines and I will not have enough funds for the stuff I really want. To me, the Vamp Lover's collection will make Black Friday at Wal-mart for the 2.00 TV look like child's play. I am on a mission from God and of course research!!!!

After experiencing CL I'm concerned about not appreciating TF lippies. You can find dupes where color is
concerned but for real connoisseurs it's all about the formula!!! I happen to love TF mattes.

I'm a little confused about the Rouge Noir topcoat. What are the "layers" in the picture? Does anyone know how this will look on the nails? I have a rouge noir polish and I have malice so I'm wondering what will be different about this one...?

Unlike the Dior Tye Dye where you need an art degree to figure the crap out. This after you apply the nail polish of whatever and it DRIES. You then in regular application brush strokes apply this. Then poof, an ombre effect appears on your nails.

TF has the best lipstick hands down. It will be interesting to see if CL is better then TF or equal to in quality? Chanel has a pretty good product too. No, not as good as TF, at least to me.

Check out what Nordstrom sent me - Chanel's New Moon - it's NOT supposed to be this small lump. It's supposed to fill the pot. They are not willing to do an exchange with me because they blame the forwarding company that sent this to me. This company uses DHL btw.
