Back in April, I made a purchase at a Sephora store, but my points and purchase were not added to my account at the time. I emailed customer service and they gave me the points but said they wouldn't be able to add the purchase to my account. They said to email them once I hit vib status including that previous purchase. That has happened so I just need to be adjusted to vib status. I have attached a copy of my receipt for that purchase. My email is (email redacted) so you can check my account. I'm hoping to resolve this as quickly as possible, and do not wish to call in.

Hopefully you will get this resolved quickly. I don't see why not its pretty cut & dry for them to figure out. I hope they give you some mega points too!!!!
