For a matte eyeshadow palette do you guys prefer the Kat Von D shade+light, or Tarte tartelette palette? I'm trying put together my November cart.

I love both! But if I had to pick it would be KVD shade + light eye, hth!

Ugh, I've had to go to the zoo two days in a row. One of which is seriously a total zoo. Monroeville mall; a group fight of about 100 teenagers one day and a shooting in Macy's another day. The shooting happened in the makeup section of the store and one of my friends was working that day. It felt so weird walking through there, but I had to find some work pants. That leads to another topic, why do most stores now only have black pants with just the skinny leg?? I couldn't find anything Friday so Saturday I went to a different mall and finally found some at Express. It took so much restraint to not take my money to Sephora and get the Vegas Nay kit. Haha

I matched gazillion women with it. Great shade range, full coverage but can be sheered out to medium, matte, very long wearing. Great foundation

Oh yeah, I got all the boxes out of here before he came home. I also put some things away before I took my pictures so my Bath and Body Works was already stuffed away in my bathroom closet.

I'm an expert in getting rid of the evidence as well!

Also, I've totally fallen head first into the nails inc rabbit hole. I looooove regents mews! This color is sooo pretty. I guess I'll be picking up more now :lol:

I didn't end up with any clothes. I went to the zoo, I mean the mall and tried to get a new wallet or something to hold my cards. I'm going to develop some kind of system and keep cards separate from one another so that in the future I don't lose everything all at once, ya know? Different holders. Later on I went out and stuffed my face with friends and family. I ate so much cold stone for dessert that my stomach still hurts. Worth it, though. :haha: I went to Sephora to get my Rouge card back and this chick hands me a BI card. It's been so long since I've seen one. I'm like uh... and she tells me they are all out of Rouge cards. I'll go to another location next week and get my card. I wanted to get that Lancome foundation, but after that I just left.

You needed that ice cream! Sephora is so lame sometimes. :shock:

A Nails Inc top coat? I only use Deborah Lippmann's Addicted to Speed. I swear by it. I'm going to look for Regents Mews at another location when I get my VIB card (hopefully). I really want it now that it's a hot seller. :haha:

I recently got an email from Sephora talking about Laduree Beauty products. But it takes you to the French Sephora web page, and says it's only available in France. Why would they be sending me that?

From my experience with all different forms of their CS, the only ones who truly get things done are the CS that work their facebook message inbox. So if you have facebook, I'd say try taking it up with them. They respond promptly and get things done!

I think it depends on what colors you are interested in. I don't have the KVD palette, but I've played around with it a few times in the store. S&L is neutral with more of a contoured look for the eyes, but the Tartelette palette has a plum type look and I love a colorful look for my shadows.

me & my Merlot lol! The shade is soooo much prettier in person than it shows on the sephora site.

Anymore I only go to that mall to stop in the SiJCP or the MAC counter in Macy's. And never in the dark.

I just bought mine a minute ago. It might not have reloaded for you. Yesterday it said "sold out" which is silly because sephora does have a "coming soon" option, and I don't know why they neglect to use it...

I am really confused!! For me, it is still showing as in stock.
