My heart breaks for the families who lose everything within minutes. And I mean everything. What is not burnt, it is damaged by the chemicals and water used to stop or control the fires. And this one is moving so fast. Got to get to bed, super early shift, since it is a 24/7 ******* call.

When my father 1st got sick last winter in the height of the crisis, he stated his pain was maybe a weak #1. Then stated calmly please call the paramedics, greeted them, they all know him, walked into the wagon, after he went up and down our stairs six times. This is the man who was back at work after 6 business days off for open heart quad by-pass, 10 pints of blood, a super rare form of anemia, bone marrow test and his kidneys all screwed up. Never sick, ever. This morning he told Mama, call the doctor my pain level is a serious 6. She hauled butt, yet still did our swatches for us!!!! Love ya, Mama!!!!!

Oh Ash. I'm glad Daddy said something----men can be really tough to deal with when sick---a lot of denial. Three cheers for him for speaking up. Many prayers, hugs
and good vibes coming your way. Even through the smoke. Please stay safe!!!!

I think of you often, especially when I do get overwhelmed. You truly are my MM and my Mama has no issues with it. It breaks my heart when I see little children crying because their blanket has been destroyed. It is time for nap or bedtime, in a very strange place for them. They are scared, heck I am scared and lots older. I can reach out to all of you in the middle of the night and of course my own parent's and brother. Get comfort, laughter, makeup hugs. The children break my heart, especially the little ones. On the other hand the pre teens and teenagers, yes, especially girls I just wanna bitch slap. The pre teen boys and teenagers step up to the plate. The girls, and the manner in which they speak to their parent's. I don't have the balls to speak to my parent's in that manner and I am a heck lot older then them. Then when are just bullies, this one super obnoxious teen girl around 13 threaten me because I would not give her my phone to play Candy Crush or whatever the latest dumb game is the rage. We can be fired and sent home ASAP if we share our phones. Based on if you do for one you must do for all. Or the smoke up Johnny with the same age group and no I am not talking regular ciggs. The parent's then have no issues since after all their children are stressed. Are you kidding me???

The widowed man in his later years, crying over the loss of his favorite photo of his late wife. I admire the mental health team who are there for these people. I sure the heck couldn't do what they do!
Think of being woken in the middle of the night and given literally minutes to leave your home. Then realize you have nothing. As in simple thing like underwear, hair brush, they are often in their bed clothes and no shoes. Then the family pets. Normally I work fires that nothing but vacant land is up in flames. This one it is houses upon houses. I think this is the hardest fire I have ever worked.

Done with my rant....sorry.

Rant anytime. The make-up stuff is fun and really an escape from my everyday challenges. Yet those are nothing compared to these...

I think it will be released in the USA before we get it.

I'll be stalking here to prepare, the pink reminds me of an old Rouge Allure In have in Imagination #4 - which I am about to finish!

Oh, [@]ashievic[/@], I hate the thought of people losing so much. It hurts. I wish no one would ever experience that. Best wishes for a speedy recovery for Dad.

I'm getting excited with Chanel again. If this is another Holiday 2012, which didn't come here for some stupid reason, I'm going to cry. To swear off once, only to swear off again? I cannot take it.

I really like just the top coat in 3 layers for a jelly look.
