I ordered it yesterday! I don't NEED it, but I was tipsy off a couple of beers so that pushed me over the edge, lol! I hope the quality of the shadows is excellent, as it looks like I would get great use out of everything in the palette.

I got mine a few days ago, tried it yesterday and I like it!
I just noticed staying power wasn't there 100% but might have been my primer so I'm going to try it alone

What primer did you use? I usually use the TF Hangover Rx primer since my skin is like the Sahara.

I used the Marc Jacobs coconut primer, I felt like the foundation wasn't setting by itself so I set it with Laura mercier translucent powder.
At the end of the day all the foundation around my mouth was gone :/ lol
For most of the day I looked flawless tho XD

Now I want the KVD palette but I am worried that Sephora will start canceling my shipping orders because my last three purchases have been single item orders (because I've been ordering as LE items have been released). Can any people who've had this experience chime in?

I think you'll be fine, I placed six separate orders on the same day last week with just one item in each order and I had no ploblems. They all arrived on the same day too. The only thing i noticed was that I used the flash 2 day shipping and it took 5 days.

mmm this one lasted perhaps six... it might be that I just touched my mouth? I mean I can't remember lol.. so I will try it again tomorrow but aside from that I really loved it.
I found that it blended best with my fingers too... (i rarely use my fingers but my brushes were all dirty) and it looked awesome, I was super surprised, but definitely impressed.
I hope you love yours!

Pretty sure it's a passing phase but I am not really tempted by any of the sephora holiday stuff!! Everything feels like stuff I got last year :haha: The only thing I want is that tiny hourglass palette but I looks like it will hang around until the sale. So I will pick it up then!! I see a few fragrance sets I want but again I can wait for the sales there! I am looking forward to Chanel, guerlain and Nars X Steven Klein collections but that's about it....... I'm the same V! I think Steven Klein is going to be a big haul for me so I'm trying to cut down all my other holiday beauty spending. Got to pick up a few pieces from Chanel though. Oh and the Ciate and Olivia Palermo eyeshadow palette finally came in stock on Friday and I just played with it this morning. Haven't used it on my eyes yet but the shadows feel buttery soft and seem really pigmented. I did a quick arm swatch this morning so I'll post that in a bit.

I dont know how many times I went and double checked all the new additions but I wasnt tempted at all!I want to get few skincare and perfume sets and some foundation extras during the sale. In addition to that my Sephora holiday list just has 2 Burberry blushes and the hourglass edit palette!

I JUST MADE VIB ROUGE! I missed it last year by $150. I was so peeved. BUT I MADE IT THIS TIME! I'm happy I made it before the big sale so that I can shop early and get free 2 day shipping when I do.

I was excited because VIBRouge has a bigger discount and I don't have to worry about all the good stuff being gone by the time I could shop. No more scraps! Haha

I like the browns and the neutrals but what's up with the one random purple in there? It's kinda like...which one of these just doesn't belong?

I like that it has a pop of color, but it took a few swatches to get it to show really good.

I've been there a few times in the last couple months! I used to work there from 2008-2010. I love Suzanne and Gayle and I used to work with Dena and Kimiko at Macy's. I'm waiting for Courtney to get back to me about my interview. I'm so excited!!! I miss doing people's makeup and playing with all the new stuff! What's your name? I'll look for you when I come in to see Suzanne before she leaves.

Yeah my sephora holiday list is just the Karen Walker mirror and maybe the MJ lip set. There are a few perm items I'm interested in like the new Fresh Cocoa body exfoliator but I'm in no rush to get any of that. I'm still on the fence about whether to keep or return the Hourglass palette but I think the sale price will make it worth it.

I have it No it has nothing to do with hourglass. It's regular setting powder. Beautiful soft and silky

Alright here are some quick pics and swatches of the Ciate x Olivia Palermo Smokey Suedes Eye Palette. The texture is very buttery soft and they seem pigmented. I'll try to post better swatches this afternoon.

Is their serum foundation really good. I head mac's was great but if I can save money and get a equally great foundation its good.

Thanks Monsy! I'm full of questions today lol First- does anyone remember off hand when the Favorites sets came out last year? I know I bought one on Oct 7th for my sister's birthday but I can't recall if they made their debut at the end of September or beginning of October. Second- has anyone tried the Sunday Riley lip colours? I saw some swatches and my face was like --> :shock: Finally- which do I NEED to buy first: the original Hourglass ALP palette or the Tatcha spray!? You all got me messed up over this, I'm losing sleep here! :haha:
