Mine hasn't yet but yesterday both the confirmation & order history showed double sided palette. If you check the order history online now, they have changed it to mini one. I think they will be sending us the mini & not the big one!!
Since I ordered after 3:00pm yesterday, mine hasn't shipped yet but now I'm really worried that they are going to send the baby size as they changed the description in my order status from the double sided to the baby size although the double sided one is still pictured. Although I understand that they made a mistake, I think that it's shady that the size of the palette was changed in the order status after the order was placed. I could understand them correcting it on the page where you can purchase the z-palettes so moving forward, customers can purchase the palettes at the correct price, but not the order status. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that once they updated the prices to coincide with the sizes (not the pictures though) that it was reflected in the order status as well, but that still doesn't sit right with me. It's the company's responsibility to ensure that the information that they present on their website is correct and after a customer purchases an item based on this information, the company should honor what they advertised as a means of taking responsibility for their mistake. In my opinion, to see the item size and description change in my order status after I placed the order because of a mistake on their end is messed up and it pisses me off. Not only will I return the z-palettes if they are not double sided like I ordered, but I will also complain and request that they send me what I initially ordered (the two double sided z palettes) or tell them to give me a gift card to cover the cost of the two double sided z palettes that I was supposed to get.
I hope you're right. That would be really crappy on their end to send their customers something different than what they ordered, even if the price was wrong.
Normally i would have thought that but i dont think there was an instance before where they actually changed the order summary after the fact. Either its an auto update after they rectified the error but right now the warehouse summary would show the details for the mini one and so chances are that is what we would be getting. though i really hope they honor it!
