Question for you ladies! I returned my Tarte blush palette to Sephora yesterday and they marked it as a return without a receipt. But I had the receipt...is it because it was a return on an online item? The only reason I am concerned is because I've heard people saying you can only do so many returns without a receipt per year before they ban you or something? I buy a lot online and have only returned two items but I don't want to be not be able to return something later down the road because they marked my returns as without receipt...

I'm not sure if this is just in Canada or not, but if they can find the item on your account, they consider it a "return with receipt" even if you don't have the physical copy present. I'm not sure why they would have marked yours as without in that case. However, it is true that they will ban you for multiple returns - I exchanged two items I received in the US as gifts (an unopened perfume that I already knew gave me headaches and an unused palette that had scratches and nicks in the powder) and I was banned

That's what I'm afraid of! I returned a Becca shimmering skin perector about a month ago with the receipt and they marked it as without. Now this is marked as without as well. If that is the case that would mean I am banned! Banned from returning or shopping? Wtf and did they actually tell you you were banned right then and there?
