My second / backup Chanel brush arrived today as did my MAC 196. I have not used either yet so I can't compare them to that degree. I can tell you that the Chanel brush is much softer and the bristles of the MAC brush are wider and longer----will cover a greater surface at once.

I received my Chanel foundation brush and love it. It is similar to my Wayne Goss 01 brush which I also love. Does anyone have the WG brush and if so how do you like it compared to the Chanel one?

I don;t have the WG brush but since you have both, how do you like the WG brush compared to the Chanel brush.

They are very similar and both are super soft. The Chanel one is a little longer and the handle is bigger round due to the WG having tapered handle. I absolutely love both brushes. I wish WG brushes would come with a velvet sleeve or a brush case.
