You only need a very light dusting and then buff lightly-----It shouldn't even show up, other than to give your skin a flawless finish if done properly.:frenz:
Should I use a kabuki brush to apply?

Is this OK for all over or is it too white? I found one of these I can afford but I don't think I can bring myself to get the new white compact lol
I do use it all over but it does have more of a slight whitish tone to it but gives the skin a flawless finish. The new one is translucent.

It's supposed to be translucent like the Nars one. Having said that, who knows. I doubt that it will look ashy, but I am curious as to how it looks on darker skin tones.
We'll know tomorrow. I love and still use both the NARS loose and pressed light reflecting powders.

Hey ladies! It's been a long time since I posted in the forums (long time lurker/member) but this collection is just too fantastic not to talk about. I ordered the balls last Friday and they arrived today. They're so gorgeous -- seriously seeing them in person ... No words. But I noticed there was a defect inside the transparent part of the lid on mine. Did anyone else have this problem? It's difficult to describe but it's like a white opaque plastic bubble right in the middle of the lid that detracts from the glorious golden goodness below. So disappointed. Sephora handled it like a pro and I do have a replacement coming, but I was just wondering if anyone else experienced this too. Will try to post more often, probably more so in the Chanel forum

Hope you're all doing well and blessed today!

Interesting. I'll be checking mine when they arrive. If they all have it then it's likely something
resultant of the production process.

Dang, I'm sorry to hear it was there on yours too. Was this really common? Mine was distracting and opaque so much so that it got in the way of seeing the pretty Guerlain emblem. For $80 it shouldn't be so, especially for a collector's item as breathtaking as this

Well then I hope it's not widespread if it's that noticeable & distracting

Whichever one you think you will use/need more.
It's a tough one ..both lol...
The TF bronzer brush is permanent, so you could always put that off. Now, why would you want a bu of the balls? Do you like the stars? The packaging? If it's just packaging, you could always refill with other balls, as a lot of them look alike when applied anyway. If it's the stars, back it up.
