I hope so too, when you add all the re-promotes, lustres, stupid ass website re-design, and price increase to the already crappy customer service...I think we deserve more than some lame as free code for second day shipping.

every company raises prices twice a year it's not just mac

and very often almost with every collection launch they have 2nd day free so i do not think it has anything to do with sales

I wonder how Mac sales have been lately, I just got an email offering free second day shipping with a purchase of $40 or higher. I don't remember seeing that before and their last few collections are still fully stocked.

They, pretty much, always do the free second-day shipping promo after a collection launches. Nothing new. I'm sure their sales are fine.

Yep...pretty pointless either way, the only thing 2 day shipping does is make my packages take longer to get here.

Exactly, I doubt their sales are horrible because after all it is Mac but I don't think this has been one of their best years.
