For the first time ever I may be skipping an entire collection with special packaging. I don't like the clear tubes but could deal with them better if they were at least the bullets but clear and square is just too much for me.

I agree that the packaging would have been nice in black with a gold spider web or gold with a black web. This line just took a wrong turn for me. Lol and I'm not excited about the colors. Yep this is a first for me.

I still love the acrylic premise (I have a thing for lucite/acrylic, although it's definitely a love/hate thing for people) but making them square just made them look cheap instead of quirky.

ITA, I'm only getting the 2 brushes which thankfully are not squared off! And the mascara if it's volumizing The least MAC can do is have the lipsticks be matte and not perm shades..

Amen to the retro mattes. I love the formula. However, I am starting to wonder if the liquid matte is simply a better alternative.

Okay, I'm not going to lie, I think the spider web on top is actually really cute and these pictures make the tube look not as bad (still not my thing). Probably still a skip though. Just the blot film for me I think.

I really,really, REALLY hate this packaging, but I think we all know that me skipping a bunch of red lippies isn't going to happen ( :haha: ),so I've resigned myself to the fact that I will be buying all three lippies. hboy:
