Good Morning, crazy question. Thew new Rouge Noir polish which is #18 is also the shade called Vamp #18, can someone please confirm if they are the same shade just different names? Many apologies if this has already been discussed.

Thank you Vineetha......both are beautiful and I now, I want two bottles of the Rouge Noir since it is LE and it will be another few years before they come out with it again.

Hmmmmm, I was told by the MA at Dillard's 2 months ago that Vamp was perm and I was able to pick it up at that time. I am hoping that it is truly Rouge Noir. Fingers crossed.
