Funny you brought this back up, because I thought of it this a.m and how I've never used it and forgot to again! Let me see what brush you're talking about. Oh, I don't have that one. I have two good ones I use though, can't even remember what they are! I'll pick up one of these. My Target is always more expensive than online. I am forever price-matching at Customer Service! #idontplay

I just wanted to let you guys know that her two newest brush sets (the 7 pc Ombre Obsessed set and Color Crazed 10pc set) are on clearance.

I was able to pick up the 7pc Ombre set for $12.98 (reg price: $27.99)

And the Color Crazed 10pc set is on clearance for $18.48 (reg price: $36.99)

You can google "target inventory search" - and find a few websites that check availability AND price for your area.

Wtf I bought the Crazed one this week for $25.88 at my Target thinking it was a deal! Damned NYC inflation! I think the other was $18 but they only had one and it was gone when I went back. I went today and there's now only one Crazed when there were over a dozen in the week. I use brushes from the purple one daily.

Some stores are selling the Crazed set for $11.08 - there is only one near me at that price point, but it is all OOS. So I went this morning to do a return / rebuy and get them at a lower price. The Target employee was super sweet - they are NOT supposed to do that.. but she allowed me to... so I got them for $11.08.

I did pick up two of the Ombre sets too but I did not even attempt to do a return / rebuy on those too, because I felt I was stretching my limit.

Anyway, they will go down to 70% off eventually, like most Target clearance products.. but you risk them going OOS..

When you went back to T today - did you scan the Crazed set? I just looked up zip 10001 on an inventory locator and it looks like most stores near you are selling it at $18.48.. There were a few that were selling it at $11.08 but it is OOS at those locations..

I saw that with the price checker when I looked earlier. I think it still said $25 tbh. I'm not sure. I walked by quickly. I know when I even checked online it said it was in stock (regular price), and I know under a certain amount it would have said "low inventory" so maybe they have more in the back. I'll check tomorrow. I can't go back to Target at this time. I may kill someone, it's usually a zoo! I plan to use these brushes for my kit when I'm doing makeup on others.

Did you just search Target's website? If so, that won't help much with determining price.

Use this one:

http://marketplaces.fyndly.com/target/tools/inventory/check.html


Then use the DCPI (not UPC) .. that's the # T uses to look things up.

The DCPI # for the Ombre is 052-11-0147

The DCPI # for the Crazed is 052-11-0144

Add your zip code.. and it should give availability and pricing for each store.. These are not 100% accurate as to stock..so just because it says they have it - be prepared that it might not be there.. still - it is a good indicator, in my opinion.

(hope it is okay that I posted the inventory checker site?? I wasn't sure when I originally posted about it)

Yeah, not everyone does that. I tend to use brushes however I want tbh, lol. Like that "blending brush" I use daily to set the concealer under my eyes. I've used the Contour Brush to apply highlighter...

Just called my Target and they have 12 in stock on the floor and they're $18.48! Crap I can't get there until after work, someone cross their fingers for me, lol. Thanks @dash4 for the heads up! Wait, I wonder if they can just price match the one I bought at $26 on clearance? Instead of buying and returning. Let me call.

Edit: I have to buy and return. Booooo.
