I always got my notes back except for when I used a $20 not on a CL lipstick last billing cycle and this new billing cycle did not have my note back so I called and that's when they told me it was credited back to my account and I won't get the note back.
I don't know why but we tend to overlook those. I have a couple from prior collections but didn't even consider them this time. I'll fix that & at least take a look!

This is an issue but it seems they've also been getting the new collections later, as well.Going forward I will be doing a lot more ordering from other stores.
Until recently I've found their shipping to be so much slower than the other merchants.

It's beautiful!! The SA swatched it for me & I caved and got it. Now that I've worn it, I'm so happy I picked it up. It's the most perfect pinky nude shade & the formula is really nice. It's super long wearing, although I did need to apply balm later in the day since it became a bit drying. Gorgeous shade though!!
