MAC Enchanted Eve / Magic Of The Night / Irresistibly Charming Holiday Collection (Oct 18, 2015)

Okay you guys I had a bad experience today. I decided to try out Moon Is Blue and did a simple look with some eyeshadow on the lid and by the lower lashes. Used dry, the shadow is very sheer. So I sprayed the shadow on my brush with some fix plus and it looked beautiful! I had used my usual base (Benefit's stay don't stray) and then my usual finishing spray(KVD lock N load). Finished my look and left for work. Ten minutes later I looked in the mirror and had blue eyeshadow everywhere! It smudged really bad. I kept having to wipe my eyes all day long and I kept applying more and more of my under eye powder hoping that would help out, but nope. I don't know what to do. :dunno: The color is beautiful, but I had such a hard time with it. Can anyone tell me if they've tried it or any of the other shadows yet and how was your experience?:crybaby:

Did not have that problem (fall out, smudging) with AoG no primer or base, but I could see NT having that issue. No used NT sparingly to enhance smokey look, and it was more messy. Those were the only two I tried on. I agree that they are more sheer, shimmery when dry and more metallic, opaque when spritzed.

I wore OD today and honestly, I only bought it because of the hype. I thought I would have skipper's remorse. However, I LOVE it!!!! It is really gorgeous on and mine has a nice smooth texture, not gritty at all. Very glad I bought it!

Is there a Coulourpop color similar to the blue pressed pigment? That s how I justified not getting it. I got the green one though and both highlighters.

So the pink lip bag is GORGEOUS. Combined, thr lipstick and liner make a perfect mid tone pink with strong blue undertones. It's like halfway between pink and lavender.

Yes, I think Coconut is pretty similar.

Looks like Nordies has OD and SoG online...just added OD to my cart for kicks. Not sure how legit it is since orders were cancelled. Maybe since it launched in stores they're pulling from stores now?

I need to read this a couple of times so I will skip OD. :lol: Because I already have WOG and I apply highlighter pretty lightly anyway so I don't think I'd see the difference. But all those lovely swatches make me want OD again lol. But I'm definitely gonna get ER!

I need to remember this, too! I've always thought Lightscapade and Perfect Topping (and good old Shroom eyeshadow) were the perfect highlighters for me, but all the amazing swatches here and so many ladies who praise OD...the struggle is real!
