Ya know, how is it that makeup companies don't realize that we WANT Mauve & secondly, they don't seem to know how to make the shade Mauve. Its either too pink, too rosy, too brown or too purple :sigh: I ordered one from Smashbox that was suppose to be Mauve -and Smashbox knows color but apparently not mauve - anyhow, it wasn't Mauve, it was too pink. The Bite shade looks perfectly Mauve.

We need to go to the Bite lip lab and make our own!

Could be to do with customs laws and trade agreements.theres probs a bigger market in the U.S. So their business gets prioritized

I think it has to do with language laws. Especially in Quebec where everything has to be in French before it sets foot in the province.

Instead of going to Sephora today, I decided to go to my local K-town and get a few of the products I've been looking at- and oodles more.

BTW, Sephora's markup is brutal on some products. TonyMoly masks retail for $2 each, Sephora sells them 2 for $7.50.

I went ahead and ordered the KVD Lolita duo and the Sephora tapered crease brush #19. I'm gonna have to meet the UPS guy at the door now b/c that's like 8 packages he'd have to try and squeeze inside my storm door.

Mauvember :shock: :eyelove: I've been on the hunt for the perfect mauve & perfect nude so I cannot wait for this! Is there a release date that we know of? I don't remember if it was stated a couple pages back (half asleep here feeding my little miss babycakes lol). I was trying to avoid the Audacious lippies because $$$$$ but I think I fell for Anna & Raquel today when I swatched them in store. So gorg. I may grab Natalie for my mom, too, since that's her name. Sidenote, my mom is so cute when she goes to Sephora lol. She always wore drugstore makeup until I started getting her into new brands so everytime she goes makeup shopping now she is sure to report to me. :haha: I went ahead and grabbed that Silk'n Flash & Go today! There was a points event on at Shoppers so I got enough points on my purchase for over $60 worth of merchandise. Sephora, take notes!!! :nono:

Which ones did you buy?  I ordered the Neutral Matte - should be here on Tuesday...I had to after loving the Dark matte.. now I am debating on getting more. I still have a 20% code to use for when the Becca highlighter palette (with CP and pressed Pearl) comes out on 10/27.. trying to decide if I should throw another Viseart palette into my order. :amused:

Re Mauvember, since Movember is a global charity I can't see why it wouldn't be brought here. Let me know how you like the cool mattes! The one I received was so hard pressed and hard to pick up product I sent it back and ordered another one. I figured I got a bad one...we shall see how the replacement does!
