These are to die for!!!!

I've been stalking everyone's F&F post waiting for my sister best friend to bring home my list of goodies (she works at Sephora) but just asked her for a code to order these because they don't have it in her store yet!

[@]elegant-one[/@] FALLOUT CITY!!! While the Bobbi Brown eyeshadow is GORGEOUS in the pan and on the lids, there is so much fallout! I have washed my face twice and there is still glitter everywhere. My face looks like a constellation! Perhaps that's why she named the eyeshadow that! :haha:

They are so pretty!!!!! If you purchase, just make sure to do your eye makeup first! There is a good amount of fallout! I'm also finding that these apply better with the fingers, and you get less fallout when you apply with the fingers rather than a brush.

I am wondering if using a sticky base would help? Or spraying them with primer water! I find a few of her products do well with fingers over brushes... hmm

I typically do my eyes first so thats not an issue for me! I hope I can combat the fall out though.... I would rather not be snowing glitter all day!

Someone posted that they broke their Becca Copper SSP and couldn't get a new one but I wanted to say I had it on my loves list... and it still lets me add to my cart to purchase...!

Unless is was the gold one and I misread.. if not hope that helps!

NOOOOOOOOOO can't do all that fallout. What a shame because its such a pretty shade. You think they would realize the fallout showers when they make the eyeshadow products. What a bummer.

I might have to return it...I'll play around with it some more. I can't let it go back so easily because it's so beautiful on the lids

I'm going to try it with my tom ford cream eyeshadow. I feel like that would definitely keep the glitter in place! Please let me know how you like them and apply them!

See if that works & if it does let me know. I usually apply those shimmery/glittery shadows over my CCB Root eyeshadow base.

I meant repressing! Sorry my brain hasn't been with me lately lol. I haven't forgotten about our shopping trip! We still haven't decided when we may head stateside - we're thinking possibly Black Friday.
Oh, ok! Haha. Repressing with alcohol does work, but it's best if you break up all the powder and repress it because I tried to fix part of a NARS blush and you can see how the alcohol changed it.

The later the trip the better because Harry is always crazy busy this time of year trying to get all of his jobs sealed before it freezes. I'm going to pm you next time about the trip because it's very off topic from Sephora. Haha

I can't decided btwn Bridal, Satin, or Sultry Muse Viseart palettes. One of htese days we should start a thread on the combinations we make with these palettes. Right now I am struggling trying to find cute combos. So far all of mine have been accidental. LMAO>

ETA, I mean I can't decide btwn Bridal, Sultry, and Paris Nudes.
That's a great idea. Go ahead and start the thread.

This has been a rough spending month all around and it's only getting worse with buying holiday gifts for other people. I have to say I can't keep the Lolita situation straight anymore. There were 3 versions total? And now there's a set with 2 and she's coming out with a permanent Lolita 1 and Lolita 2 or some nonsense?

Went to sephora today. They may have the palette in stock but they just got a ton of orders in so not everything was unpacked yet. They said the call on Tuesday so I'll do that.
