Haha!! I love you! I tried to attack my fiancé with some of my makeup once, but he's got about a 75lb advantage on me. I lost the battle.

That's great how NJ did it!! It's so funny, my friend who was sweating the collection since forever gave up when it didn't launch right at 8! Me, who wasn't, managed to get what I wanted even while doing my makeup and dealing with my 3yr old, lol. I lucked out with Firefox. She got to work super early to be ready and had it open on her pc and phone then gave up probably right before 8:15! I mean really?? You went that far!! Anyway she ended up getting the dress she wanted and the sunglasses by calling 2 hours later but couldn't get her fur coat. I had them both in my cart for her but H&M wouldn't let me change my bill-to then when I put her card # it said it would charge my pending order on that card too. Which I didn't want. Then the jacket disappeared then the dress. Their online experience is a bit annoying. You can't even return online merchandise in store, you have to mail it. Archaic! So later I called to ask for a friend if they had anything left, the rep told me no. Fine, I hung up. It's so funny how this friend was like "I wanted a dress and it was sold out by the time I looked" all bewildered...she knew since before that she wanted it and didn't realize it was war and you had to have your gameface on by 7:45am or before online :lol: Poor thing. I'm probably more experienced because of MAC, Target designer launches and Sephora Epic Fail :haha: It's a freaking science! Anyway I wanted to go to the one Brooklyn location that got the collection (only 11 in the whole of NYC) which is nearby, and because by now I had buyer's remorse about the tee and sunglasses since I hesitated about the glasses initially and forgot about the tee when I placed my first order
Did anyone realize you can't call their stores directly?? You have to go through the 1-800 #! Anyway I called again (pissed because I was just on the phone with them), this rep told me the stores didn't have anything and if I wanted him to check online. I'm like, "Well no, I just called and the last guy told me there was nothing", he kept insisting so I said I wanted the glasses and tee and he checked and they had it! It was 1pm ET! And he took the shipping charge off before I had a chance to ask about that! I was like wtf in my head. This is one time I wished there was an online survey right after a call! Totally glad I called that time after being pissed that I had to :lol: Anyway both orders shipped, yay! I had a friend that called around noon and got $1200 worth of stuff and the only thing that got canceled off was one of the three dresses she ordered. So they had stock well after stuff sold out online. But man that collection caused an uproar. H&M's FB page was on FYAH!

Uggh I had shit in my Nars cart with the discount but didn't place the order since I had both kids bday parties at their respective schools yesterday and was running around like a psycho! Then forgot until now since I was exhausted and it's gone. Nothing I needed of course. Did we find out that it was an error?

Yes, someone called and spoke to a rep that said as much. I had things in my cart and was going to wait for some reason, but decided it was probably a glitch since no code was needed, so I just went for it.
As for your items, if they were nothing needed, then I say money saved. It's so easy to go overboard b/c of a discount and end up wasting money trying to save money.

My Nars orders shipped & the PayPal authorizations didn't change price!! :yahoo: Oh and I ordered a Burberry blush...at $42 it'll be my one and only lol. I wasn't going to get it b/c of price and the lack of deeper makeup shades, but then i saw they recently did a collab with super model Jourdan Dunn and added a few shades deeper. That was enough for me to justify the purchase! I have my fingers crossed that the color shows up on me!

Mine shipped, too, and with the discount! It will be here Monday or Tuesday! One of my Sephora orders shipped and the other hasn't. Should I be concerned that Mr. Rebates hasn't popped up yet for the one that shipped? It has for my NARS order.

Sorry to hear that! I lift my hair up by section and spray the roots. Just one pass with the spray per section. I let it sit for a minute and then use my fingers to brush it out. I like it more than batiste and other ones I've tried. I was able to go onto day 3 hair without washing which I haven't done in quite a while since I cut my hair and can't put it up on a bun for "dirty" days! I even got compliments on my day 3 hair which was hilarious because it was mostly hairspray, the living proof dry shampoo, and hope. Lol. I made one online order and two store trips, because one store doesn't carry becca and I wanted to check out the under eye corrector before purchasing. I spent way more than I meant to but some things will go back if I don't love them. Sooo! Should I get the KVD Mi Vida Loca Remix palette? :lol: I've been set on skipping for so long and suddenly I'm lemming it. I really want a nice warm palette with burgundies and oranges and crease shades. I'd love to get my hands on the morphe 35O palette but the chaos and demand surrounding that palette keeps me away. Plus morphe's shipping is god awful. Any suggestions?

Exactly. The Le Volume Ultra Black had to be mine! Even though I toss mascaras very fast (4-6 weeks, I have personal reasons for it), I'll stock up at Nordie's. I've been using full-size mascaras for the past 3 months after living on samples for 24 months and forgot how much I prefer a full-sized mascara.
