Its been the same thing with me & Chanel for years now. If I order I get an order & ship confirmation email but never ever anything else. I've asked them so many times to see if there is something wrong on their side but they don't know anything & we've looked at everything on our side & cannot figure out why. I don't have spam or junk folders set up in my email program.

I made a large order early Friday morning (like 2:30am) and I have not gotten a shipping notice. My package status on Sephora.com says "sent to warehouse"

Whereas I have orders from early today AM that have already shipped.
UPS decided to slow down my Flash, too. Looks like I may not see items for a long, long time since I sent them to the location I was planning to be in next week rather than home. Hmph.

Well, now I have only 1 more CL lipstick on my wishlist (for reals, guys!): Matte RL. I think I'll end up with 8 eventually.
