I tried (tried being the operative word) to compile everything i got the last two weeks from F&F, rouge sale and otherwise and it is quite horrendous

Ok sorry if this has been asked but I just read on beauty talk, the Sephora boards, that someone went in to their store and the SA told her that they got word the VIBR sale will be extended one week, anyone else heard this!? I'm highly doubting it. Although I think some stores are stating different things, some said they will give the discount to vibr during the vibe sale. So irritating.

Stopped in store again today and picked up the Marc Jacobs The Face I Liquid Foundation Brush, Peter Thomas Roth Mask-It-All (tried to talk myself out of it but who am I kidding?) and a Stila Everlasting Liquid Lip Set (for my bestie). I feel like I'm forgetting something. I'm sure I'll remember as soon as the code stops working.

They didn't have the code available and said I couldn't get it without the scanable code. I had to call corporate.

That's ridiculous! I hope you were able to get it squared away and get the items you wanted. I've had to call customer service a few times while in SiJCP and I just hand them the phone and let them work it out. I'm the customer, not the middle man!

I was told by one of the assistant managers in the Alpharetta Ga store that VIBR's will be able to shop with discount during VIB sale....... she also hooked me up with 2 different full size Sephora masks complimentary on Friday. We shall see if it goes down

Wow, are you serious? When i went to present my coupon at the store they said they only needed my Rouge card or my phone number and email address. I made 3 trips to the store and never was asked for the coupon.

I may have just grabbed Burberry wet/dry silk shadow in pale barley and TF Noir pour Femme...I also keep eyeing the Laura Mercier caviar stick set and the Glamglow youthmud set...

Love TF Noir!! I have been rotating between my sample of that and Velvet Orchid over the past few weeks. I really should have picked them up during the sale. If we VIBRs get to use the VIB code this weekend, I think I'm going to grab both.

I always say, if you don't like people, maybe you shouldn't have a job where you have to interact with people. Your job as a sales assistant is to assist a customer in getting sales. I'm convinced Sephora's new marketing strategy is to get rid of their loyal customers. Thankfully, I've never had any of these experiences in store!

im thinking of picking up another contour.. right now i use NARS contour blush. I am tan and I find most contour kits for darker skinned women are too warm, Looking for something greyer! Any recs? What do you guys use?

Have you looked at Kevyn Aucoin's Contour Book II ? It has two cream contours, two cream highlighters and four shadows.. My local Sephora told me that next to the Becca highlighting trio - that was their best seller this sale..

I legit already have the sculpting powder (plus 2 backups), and the other three contour/highlighters... so I have convinced myself it is not needed. But I LOVE the Kevyn Aucoin sculpting powder.. you can also get it single-sized sculpting powder for $44.. but the kit is a better value at $65..

EDIT: beware of the single sculpting powder.. It is only .11 oz (double the size of a Mac eyeshadow and only a little bit more product than a MUFE artist shadow), but you just use a little bit - it is meant to only contour, not bronze... but I just wanted to forewarn you that it is quite small.

It is so ridiculous. And I have seen a lot of other people post this online. Why can't they just put a copy of everything they emailed in your online account. Last year they did it for the VIB sale, so if, like me, you never got the snail mail or electronic mailers, you could print off the details from your account.

Last year SiJCP turned me away too because I lost the physical VIB coupon, and I never get service in that damn store to pull up the email. I went to the big Sephora and they had an extra coupon laying around. I think the associates truly have their hands are tied since they must physically scan a barcode into the register. They should provide them with a laminated copy or something that stays behind the register to be re-used, and maybe check photo ID to verify account status if they're worried about fraud. I just made my last order for the Ardency Inn duo!! I wasn't impressed with Rose Gold before and actually returned it, but the value was too great to pass up lol. The only thing I missed is the jumbo cinema secrets brush cleaner. That stuff is amazing. My foundations brushes aren't brown anymore!! And I don't mind the smell. Now Parian Spirit smells so bad I use it to clean my sink after washing my brushes b/c it cleans makeup stains like nobody's business!!
