I'm looking forward to trying this, but it's so weird that it's listed as limited edition. I'm still upset that they discontinued my shade in perfection lumiere. Why is Chanel doing this to me?
I have heard they are adding more colors to the perfection lumiere line. I think it is for the best. When Chanel does something a second time, it is 200% better than before. The nail polishes have been redone and are excellent as well as the rouge coco lipsticks too. Don't worry they will add more colors. My color was beige amber 34 and I love it however it can be a bit orange sometimes. They are adding more colors which is great so we can pick out our color better. Meanwhile, Estee Lauder Double Wear has a ton of colors to choose from. Even though I feel the quality is not up there with Chanel, it is an alternative. Good luck!

I hope they'll add lighter colors too. It's a great Foundation, but I have to mix it with white most of the year.

So I finally tried the les beiges foundation and it's not a keeper. It is kinda dry, but not so dry that it catches on any area of my face. The problem is it just sits there. It doesn't bring any life to my face and the undertone is weird. It seems kinda pink? Eh, it's just not a great formula for normal/dry skin that's as deep as mine. I need the perfection lumiere back. Maybe I can still find my discontinued shade at a counter? I'll try when I take this one back to Nordstroms tomorrow.

I have worn this every day since I bought it, and I still love it. It even works on top of heavy sunscreen. So today I went to the Chanel counter in order to find a color that'd suit my skin in the summer. My face never tans, but I am too lazy to keep my neck covered all the time so I need a darker foundation for summer. I tried #30 and #40, but they didn't work out. Far too much yellow and red color. I'm rather sorry about this because I cannot remember when I last had a foundation, I liked so much.

Hi I really like this foundation. There isn't a color for me but if I mix the 21 and 91 in equal parts its a perfect match. In fact it beats my shade in the perfection lumber because it is a little lighter. The perfection is a little too orange. Then I add lightly the 30 powder in les beiges and it last all day. I don't have to blot my face like with the perfection lumiere. I have also heard they are discontinuing the perfection lumiere all together and releasing something else in its place. Les Beiges is an excellent foundation.

Try mixing some colors. I mix the 21 and 91 together in equal parts.

I stopped at a counter a few weeks ago to get a sample and I ended up purchasing a bottle. In the store it looked like a great match. But, in outdoor light it looked very different. So annoying. I wore it once or twice since, not super-in-love. I wore it to work yesterday and I guess in that light it looked good because, for the first time ever, two ladies complemented my skin. Talk about a confidence booster.

So anyone else thinking about it give it a chance...I suggest a sample and in florescent light it should look good!
