I called and spoke with a representative and she said that I would be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.

Went back and added more items to test it. No where to enter promo code for me on iPhone.

That's certainly a possibility and the only probable explanation I could think of. This is the first collection that I've shopped early access for so I'm wondering if this has happened during the release of previous collections as well.

It didn't happen during Star Trek. I shopped that early access and everything was normal then.

On my end, everything says Coming Soon again.

Unless it's just me, I'm guessing they paused sales to fix the glitch.

The products says coming soon again. Either theyre holding it because of the shipping ordeal that they need to fix so that they wont have to credit everyone or the amount that they released for presale is sold out. In that case yikes! I will be stalking friday night into saturday morning so that i could get the backup of the lippies

LOL. So much wishfyl thinking on my end BUT....I was blissfully hoping that they would feel so bad and apologize buy giving us another 25 dollar credit towards any product like they did Taraji...Lol. I know that would never happen but a girl could dream can't she?!? Lol

Thanks for letting us know that there was no glitches during early access shopping for that collection. This is my first time purchasing during early access so I was hoping that this wasn't a consistent problem.
