I wish MAC would at least use their social media accounts to clarify common questions and concerns regarding the shipping and handling charges, whether the collection is sold out for today or if they will come back after the fix the "glitch," etc.. to ease people's minds.
They probably don't actually know what they're doing yet. Misinformation to a few customers way less harmful than trumpeting over social media. I'm just hoping they don't cancel our orders to do a true re-do tomorrow. They're probably trying to figure out what will cost them the least $.
