Just came from MAC in Macy's Herald Sq and they will be getting the collection next Thursday (Oct. 6th).

I used my debit card for the order that was shipped and used Paypal for the others that haven't shipped yet. The brush is showing as sold out so I'm glad that they went ahead and shipped that but I ordered the Selena eyeshadow that is currently sold out as well so I'm hoping it ships next, lol. The charge for it is showing the full amount (along with the shipping and handling charge they need to refund me) but it is still pending. The charge for my order of the 3 lipsticks isn't showing on my card at all but the order is shown as processing on the MAC website. I may call about that one since all of my other orders are at least shown as pending on my other cards.

12:33 PM UPDATE ~ I just checked my email and my order has shipped. All items are there...however my CC is still not showing the correct amount. It's as if they did not charge me for the Selena items. Hmmmmmm...MAC are ya gonna give them to me for free?!?!

WOW! In this day and age...they generated so much buzz for this collection, you would think they would get their $h*t together to have a smooth, successful pre-launch/launch, etc. But no...just as we expected...
And I still wonder whose heads rolled for the Taraji fiasco
...that cost MAC a pretty penny...but who are we kidding, right?! By giving everyone $25 credits they sure as heck made up the money. I spent way more than the $25 when I placed my order...[MENTION=65583]Mac-Guy[/MENTION] is right! MAC plays us hard and fast!

I feel like in the past the charge from Mac was always immediate, I definitely find it odd nothing at all is showing in my bank account! I was worried for a while my order didn't go through, but I got the shipped email today. It must have something to do with the shipping charges and refunds etc, that's all I can think of

I know - I have to really watch my pennies because I want SO much from that collection. I rarely get holiday stuff but this is gonna be a good year for holiday collections.

Well heck if my first order from right when it launched only shipped now and I placed the Selena order right before 6pm yesterday? Yeah, I guess I'll be waiting. LOL
They just shipped my first order too.
I know! The only thing I can think of is they made more lipsticks because historically people stalk those.
I still have to look at the collection properly. All I've seen is the WOG/combo which looks nice, so that's on my list for sure.

I was thinking that someone left right after the Star Trek launch. That pre sale went so smoothly (I don't know if there was a limit imposed on buying stuff because I only ordered one item of each product and I wasn't charged for shipping!). From then on, it's been problem after problem- switched labels, bogus shipping charges, disorganized launches. etc.
I am glad that I am not the only one is order is "still processing". Wonder what that means- is MAC adjusting the shipping charges or are they trying to find all the items to send us?

Well my order with the shipping charge shipped, it was Paypal so I'll see if the shipping drops off but I doubt it. They likely have to credit. I spoke to a chat person yesterday and they said it would take 7-10 days, I also emailed them and contacted them through the form on their website. I'll just wait and see.
