I still can't acces my cart or add anything to it. The eye shadows are still showing up as coming soon for me

I rather have the Rihanna waiting list for Selena than this bs. I was thinking about getting another lipstick but it's not worth it plus I was lucky this morning. I feel they almost had a year to test their system. I'm even debating if they should even do an Aaliyah collab and God forbid they even consider someone like Beyoncé that beehive would have the system broke til the week later :cop::cop::screams::screams::action1::action1::action1:

I'm so incredibly frustrated with MAC's website right now. I still can't even log into my account and the collection is online now for....everyone. There better be a random re-stock of all the items later this week otherwise I won't be able to get anything from this collection.

Its not available or accessible to me either and I cannot log in

This is so wild. I'm going back to watching Luke Cage and lackadaisically refreshing to let others have a chance.

Mac is trying. They still fall short but I still give them some credit for taking the stick out their behinds to make changes. Looking at this chaos I appreciate the early access much more. If they could adjust it to max 2 or 3 for each customer that would be great.
And I just received an email that my anniversary gift is available (my choice of a single shadow and lashes)
I wanted to get the techno cumbia but that looks like a lost cause. I'll know better next time.

Judging by Instagram and Twitter comments, many of us can't seem to log into our accounts nor see our shopping carts.

I honestly don't understand why MAC is focusing on uploading the collection online and not doing something about the functionality of the website right now? UGH! This is beyond annoying.

The makeup goddesses are not with us today :( I was only able to buy BBBB and that was by fluke! I only get gateway errors or the blue wheel of death!!!!! This has been going on for 5 hours for me. I'm calling it quits. Good luck everyone! <3

Tried again and the duo is saying sold out and the beat shadow is still saying coming soon. Giving up now! Between this and the Huda palette release and I'v had a bad launch week. Oh well.

I guess it's not as big a deal in Canada. I placed my order pretty easily this morning at 11. The site was slower than usual but not too bad.

Sorry so many of you are having trouble.
