Who's got time to try a crashing website all day? I was up all night and finally fell asleep around 7. Then I wake up at 9am and it's still crashing. I gave up and went back to sleep. I'm on the website right now and I see its not any better.

I'm feeling so bitter about missing out on BBB that I'm annoyed about how MAC gave this collection to the youtubers to hype this up some more. Some of us have been waiting over a year for this, and MAC just had to bring in more people? What about the MAC fans who have been with them for years and years, we didn't need any youtubers to hype them up.

Since this launch was a total FAIL, now I'm debating trying online launches vs going in person. If I'm going in person for this collection (in Texas no less), is my best bet the MAC store over a department counter?

I was finally able to grab something from this collection after many hours of trying. I had 2 No Me Queda Mas eyeshadows and 1 Missing My Baby along w/ some other refills in my cart, so I just checked out. I really tried to get the bronzer/blush duo but I'll see if I can snag it during the other online launches. Either way, today was an utter fail.

Yes, especially if it is a Pro store. They will have more inventory than anybody BUT you still need to get there at least an hour before store opening.
