I just went to pick it up. It really is nice. And next to MMB it was smashing. I like the coolness of MMB, makes a great lid color. I guess I'll see.

I called them about an hour and a half ago because I noticed they hadn't charged my card yet and I wanted to make sure they would process it. She said they had a long line so they were doing the phone sales in between but assured me that the products were set aside for me and they would process it today.

Both times I spoke with them they were incredibly sweet considering all the stuff they must be dealing with right now!

Is it the a MAC within Macy's? Here's what I did, their direct number was busy to mine, so I called the main # and selected the counter that way, but then it didn't go through either and I believe I selected to place an order got Macys.com and they transferred me and the counter answered! Maybe they have a secret # because I've called directly today and it's always been busy.

I had the same experience with Times Square. They were very nice and patient

AP and DOY are also sold out now on the Dutch website (don't know when, haven't checked for a couple of hours)... I was already starting to worry lol.

I wonder if MAC counters in Macy's will still have stock by the end of the day for this? Maybe some will:
"The Mac Selena collection has sold out online, but will be available to buy in store on 10/06 and available for by online pick-up in store on 10/07. Please take a minute to check out some similar Mac products we do carry. We think you'll love them too!"

That nothing but TC would sell out today lol. Usually you have like 15 minutes for all the good stuff sells out. So I don't know if they finally have enough stock or if more and more people are getting fed up with MAC playing games with their hearts and don't even try anymore. I think the latter.
